I slept late today, after last night's dance. Dude! I still have the taste of Aileen's lipstick in my mouth, even after washing it repeatedly. Arg! Why did she had to be the first woman to kiss me? Now I won't be able to forget it.
This morning, Javier is not home. He's going to an appointment with his psychologist. Mabel usually takes him, but she's not feeling well and since he seems to be doing okay, they let him walk to the appointment. It is very close to here anyway, in the corner of Main and Third.
Anyway, since Javier is gone, dad is working and Mabel has the flu, the house is very quiet. I think I'm going to take advantage of it and go to sleep again...

Washing my mouth with soap!
So disgusting!
The dance was over, and not only I was chosen to be Summer King besides the ugliest Queen in like forever, but also when we got home she had to kiss me!
This was totally not how I imagined my Summer Dance night!
The thing is that Mario and Aileen live closer to the route to Lemmon Limos and he decided to drop Anita first and then me. Mario was kinda' down because he did not get a kiss, even though he got off the car to walk Anita to the door. I was in the limo laughing at him and all.
When I got home, I walk up to the door and Aileen ran after me and kissed me. Omigosh! she has two ginormous front teeth!
When she was gone I looked around to make sure no one saw it, and the street was empty, but when I walked into the house, guess what? Javier was there. What the heck was he doing awake at that time.
"Ew," he said. "You kissed that woman!"
I threatened him, but you know how it is with that kid. Now I'm afraid that everyone will hear about my "incident".
Well, it's really late, so I'd better go to bed.

And NOW I win?
I am posting this from the bathroom of the Summer Dance where I'm with Mario, Mario's Sister and Anita.
I was right and wrong.
I was right because Mario did not have the slightless inclination to set me up with Anita. He's been all cushy-cushy and giggly with her in our table. I wanna' puke.
I was wrong because Mario's sister is not good looking, nor sweet. Look, I would not mind that much if she was one or the other. I could go out with a nice girl no matter how she looked (I think) or with a hot girl no matter how she was (I double think) but this one is ugly and rude. She's a potty mouth.
Now, I never win at anything, but they have this stupid thing where instead of choosing the king and queen of the dance by votes, they do a lottery. The worst thing is that I won. Now I am hiding in the bathroom, but I know that sooner or later I will have to go out there and take miss uglypottymouth to the front to collect our crowns.
Omigosh! I'm hearing them calling us now!
I'll let you know what happens later.

Heading to the dance!
We are heading to the dance! We got these really neat suits from the Midtoon Suit Emporium at two for the price of one, but now Mario is having second thoughts. He says that he doesn't want to look like me, but Mabel told us we look cute.
I don't know what his problem is, but I think he has never worn a suit before.
You know what he had the nerve to tell me? He said that we looked like penguins! I cannot believe this guy! We're lucky Mabel didn't hear it, because she looked really proud of us. The one who heard it was Javier, and he made fun of us, but I know that if I just ignore him (or show him my knuckles) he gets tired (or scared) and runs away.
Anyway, I have to go, because the limo is coming for us at any moment. See ya!

I knew it!
I knew it!
I knew the little *&%^ had ideas of his own with Anita. Sure, NOW I find out, after I already paid $200.00 for the stoopid limousine and rented some formal clothes!
He's not going to set me up with Anita at all. Instead, I'll get stuck with his sister. The only thing that can make this any worse is if his sister doesn't like me. She sounded so pretty on the phone that I am absolutely sure she must be hot. Perhaps it will work for the best, because as my dad says all the time "where there was fire..." I forgot.
The thing is that Big Chris is so happy and all that Anita is going out with Mario, but once he finds out how stoopid his new girlfriend is, I bet he will want back with Anita and then Mario is going to have to steop out oif the way or Big Vhris is going to pound him like a drum...
No way Jose! I'd rather stay away from that girl... That girl is trouble!

Getting a Limo
We are so lucky.
We went to rent the Limo for the dance a little too late and there was only one left. The guy from Lemon Limos told us that it went for $300.00, bur that's more than I had available. Mario did not have that much money either.
Mario suggested that we haggle with the guy, but the guy aparently noticed that we were going to be tough customers and immediately offered us a deal. HE lowered the fee by $100.00 ($50 for each)
That's a great deal! We npow have the Limo. I have been thinking about it more and more and I think I'm actually looking forward to meet Mario's sister. She surely sounds beautiful on the phone. I guess that I may get lucky after all.
I should not be upset with Mario anyway. He's trying to help me.

He just doesn't get it...
Mario has been callingme over and over and I just keep ignoring him. He doesn't get that I'm mad. Man!
Today, when I was at home with my brother, Mario called me on my cell phone and I decided that I should at least take the call, so I answered. He wanted me to go downtown with him, but I don't really feel like it. We have to go downtown pretty soon anyway to rent a Limo for the Summer Dance, because we will be double dating. I think we will be going tomorrow, to make sure the limo is available.
If I was not going to the stupid dance with Mario's Sister, I don't think I would even talk to him. I guess it is my strong feeling that every time I make a deal with Mario, I end up losing. I guess Mario is just lucky like that.
Well, I have to go play video games. I'm playing again some old games I had not played for a while, like Oblivion. Man, that game's good!

Lucky Irish!
I don't know what's going on anymore!
I was walking out of school before lunch today and I saw Mario running like a chicken, saying that Big Chris was looking for him. Then, I saw Big Chris by the tree and he was with that cheerleader they call 'Blondie' and he was not even mad at Mario!
He wanted to THANK him! Is this weird or what?
I have such bad luck, man, because I was afraid to talk to Anita because of Chris, but Chris is actually HAPPY Mario took her away and now I have to go out with Mario's sisterbecause I already promised to Mabel that I would do it, but I don't even know that girl and I fear that Mario is going to try to fool me so he can keep Anita to himself.
Darned! This doesn't even make sense! Do you even get it?

A Daymare
When you have a bad dream, you usually call it a nightmare. How do you call it when it happens during the day? I guess it should be Daymare, but I am too tired to look it up.
Anyway I was at school (don't ask why they still make us go to class after the finals) and there was nothing to do, really, so I kinda fell asleep, you know and started having a dream. My dream was that I was really mad at Mario for the whole Anita thing and I was going to kill him. I was already strangling him when this girl Leslie, the one with blue lipstick woke me up. She was all "dude, class is over" and I was like "I know!" Then she got kinda pissed because she said I was rude, but she's the one who woke me up, right?
I think I am still a little pissed off because of Anita. I hope Mario really comes through for me, because I really don't want to go out with his sister.
